PROCEDURES
OF ENROLMENT & PAYMENTS TERMS:
The
enrolment of the student will not be effective until the Level Tests are sent
on-line.
A student wishing to enrol in any of the
courses, whether it be for one semester, or a workshop at the Fundación
Cristina Heeren must follow the instructions in order as suggested below:
1. SEND THE REGISTRATION REQUEST (Pre-enrolment), clearly specifying the
course, the semester, or the workshop as well as the speciality that you have
chosen.
2. SEND ONLINE PROOF OF YOUR LEVEL OF PROFICIENCY before the due date that
corresponds to the specific course
3. PAY THE TOTAL PRICE of the selected course, semester, or workshop within
the correct delay (Consult the academic fees and payment calendar).
FEES
ANNUAL COURSE
The
enrolment will not be effective until the fee of the course has been paid.
Registration fees that apply to the ANNUAL
COURSE in Dance, Singing, and Guitar can be paid according to the following
calendar:

60% of the fee will be
due on the 31st of July
·
The remaining 40% of
the fee will be due on the 30th of November
Those wishing to pay the entire
registration fee by the 31st of July will benefit from a 5%
discount.
Failure to comply with this payment
calendar will result in the immediate cancellation of the course, that is: the
suspension of all classes and exams, as well as a claim by the FCH of the
unpaid portion of the fees.
PLEASE NOTE: STUDENTS FROM NON-UE COUNTRIES need a Visa to study
in Spain. Thus, these students must pay the full course fee in advance in order
to receive the visa application certificate. Consult payment schedule.
PLEASE NOTE: The Fundación Cristina Heeren de Arte Flamenco WILL NOT
APPLY ANY DISCOUNT to those students who join our courses after the
official beginning or refuse to undertake compulsory subjects of our academic
program.
FALL & SPRING TERM
Registration fees that apply to Fall or
Spring Term in Dance, Singing, and Guitar can be paid according to the
following calendar:

Fall: 100% of the fee
will be due on the 31st of July
·
Spring: 100% of the
fee will be due on the 15th of December

official beginning or refuse to undertake compulsory subjects of our academic
program.
INDIVIDUAL
SUBJECTS
In order to enroll for individual Subjects
of the Annual Course, the student must pay the full amount -either for two
months or for the whole term- before classes of chosen subjects start.
The
Fundación Cristina Heeren de Arte Flamenco reserves the right of admission of
students in the modality of single subjects. Only the teachers of the
school are qualified to determine to which level a student belongs and can
register according to the online and on site test.
INTENSIVE
SUMMER COURSE
In order to enrol for the Intensive Summer Course, the student must pay the
full amount of the course fee, before 31st May prior to every summer
course starting date.
PLEASE NOTE: The Fundación Cristina Heeren de Arte Flamenco WILL NOT APPLY
ANY DISCOUNT to those students who join our courses after the official
beginning or refuse to undertake compulsory subjects of our academic program.
We do not accept enrolments for periods of less than one weeks of the full
intensive course.
WORKSHOPS
To enrol
in the workshops, students must pay the full monthly payment within the first
five days of the month.
PAYMENTS
Payment
can be made in cash, with credit card in the school or by bank transfer and shall
be made exclusively in EUR:
•
a) Bank Transfer (the costs of transfer will be paid
by the student) to our accounts at:

Add EUR 15
for bank charges. Any amount paid in excess shall
be refunded on receipt of the money. Please specify the name (Annual, Term,
Individual subjects, etc.) and date of the course on every transfer form.

b) Students paying by credit card will need to send a
signed authorisation specifying the card details and also authorise the bank
transaction. If you have already paid the deposit with the credit card, The
Cristina Heeren Foundation will need the authorisation again in order to charge
the remaining amount.
●
c) By cash or credit card in our offices in The
Cristina Heeren Foundation, in 76 Pureza street, CP 41010 Sevilla
COURSE CANCELLATION
Students who start a
course or workshop and do not finish because of causes beyond control of The
Cristina Heeren Foundation, will not receive any refund. Course fee will be
refunded only to those students who cannot get a visa and if they report this
fact from their country at least 15 days before the beginning of the course.

The Cristina Heeren Foundation reserves the right to cancel the place
for the course if the person has not satisfied the tuition fee indicated in the
payment schedule.
●
The Cristina Heeren Foundation reserves the right to cancel the course
before the start due to insufficient enrolment.
●
In case of course cancellation, The Cristina Heeren Foundation is not
responsible for travel and accomodation expenses.
CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION FEE AND REFUND

The Cristina Heeren
Foundation reserves the right to cancel an application in the case of a
registered person who has not proceeded to payment within the dates that appear
on the payment calendar.

The Fundación Cristina
Heeren reserves the right to cancel a course before it starts should the
minimum number of students be insufficient. In this case the student will be
refunded for the course.

In the case where a
course is cancelled, the Fundación Cristina Heeren will not be held responsible
for any expenses relating to travel or loging.
The cancellation of a course on the part
of a student once the course has officially started and therefore a service has
been provided, will not be elligible for refund.
Under no circumstances will a cancellation
free a student of his obligation to settle his account nor allow him or her to
be refunded.
CLAUSE FOR ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
AND CONDITIONS ON WEBSITE
In
accordance to the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of
Personal Data, we must inform you that the
personal data collected through the various forms on our website, will be
included in an automated file under the responsibility of THE CRISTINA HEEREN
FOUNDATION OF FLAMENCO ART in order to provide the requested information through
our website. All the requested fields must be filled in. The refusal to do so
implies the impossibility of processing your request and, besides, the user is
responsible for the veracity of the data.
We also
inform you that you can exercise your right of access, cancellation,
rectification and opposition by writing to 76 Pureza street, 41010 Sevilla or to

Unless
told otherwise, we will assume that your data have not been modified, that you
will notify us of any changes and that we have your consent to use them for the
purpose of maintaining the relationship between the parties. We also request your consent
for sharing data with other companies when this communication is necessary for
the execution of the request made.
In
accordance with the Law 34/2002 of 11 July 2002 on Information Society Services
and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the user authorises THE CRISTINA HEEREN
FOUNDATION OF FLAMENCO ART to send advertising and/or information about our
services in all existing formats.
By my
acceptance I acknowledge that I have read and understood all that has been
